Online Scheduling System

How to work the online scheduling system:

  1. Request your temporary password from the office (
  2. Log in with your email address & temporary password & change your password to something you like.
  3. Sign up or cancel your lessons, add payment information, etc from your account


  • You can log in with multiple riders in a family off of the same email address. Each rider has their own password.
  • Make sure you are signing up the right person! It is easy to sign yourself up instead of your child.

What can go wrong: (and you’ll need to call or email the office)

  • Your payment may not be aligned (a glitch in the program makes it “take” your make ups for future lessons)
  • Your levels may not be set properly
  • You may think you have lessons left, but you don’t.
  • You may be trying to use make up lessons that have expired.

My apologies for this system “kinda” working. It’s the best out there but our program is a bit complicated.
